Questions? Answers.

Which package is right for me: Single Page, Multi-Page, or Custom?

Single Page is for a focused website with up to 5 sections. Multi-Page fits businesses that need up to 5 distinct pages and clearer navigation. Choose Custom for 6+ pages, shops, booking flows, member areas, or integrations.

How much do I pay today when I book?

For fixed packages, 50% of the build price is due at booking. If you choose Growth or Priority, the first selected service cycle is added in checkout. The remaining build balance is due before go-live.

Are there ongoing costs after launch?

Standard packages include the Basic managed setup in year one. After that, Basic renews on your selected monthly or annual cadence unless cancelled in time. Growth and Priority renew on their chosen cadence, while Buyout does not create an ongoing managed subscription by default.

What do I own in the standard setup vs Buyout?

In the standard setup, you keep ownership of your content and receive a licence to use the website while the managed setup is active. Buyout adds source code delivery, handover documentation, and the right to self-host the project after full payment.

What is included in the fixed package price, and what becomes custom scope?

The fixed package covers planning, design, implementation, responsive optimisation, basic SEO, SSL launch setup, and the agreed legal pages. Larger scopes or features like shops, booking systems, member areas, custom workflows, or deeper integrations move into Custom.

What do you need from me before the project starts?

We need the core launch materials: copy, images, logo or brand assets, and any domain details we should work with. Fast feedback helps keep the agreed timeline intact.

How long does the project take in practice?

Kickoff starts once the deposit and required materials are in. Straightforward single-page projects with ready content can go live quickly, while larger scopes depend on package size, integrations, and feedback turnaround.

How many revisions are included?

Two revision rounds are included within the agreed package scope. Extra rounds or major redesigns can be added separately and agreed in advance.

Can you connect my domain and help with email?

Yes. Domain connection is supported in the managed setup, and Growth and Priority include stronger domain and email support. If a domain is managed through us and you choose Buyout, we also support the handover.

Which ongoing option should I choose: Basic, Growth, Priority, or Buyout?

Basic is the lean default for brochure-style sites. Growth is better for richer content and light ongoing updates. Priority fits media-heavier sites or teams that want monthly updates and faster support. Buyout is for teams that want handover and self-hosting instead of a managed subscription.
